My coaching and consulting business is based in real world experience from over 15 years in the tech industry - both as a Marketing and Operations executive, and then later as the Head of Executive Coaching & Leadership Development at Lyft.

What makes my approach unique is that I walk in two worlds - the corporate and the spiritual. My passion is bridging these worlds and translating the esoteric into practical, grounded and accessible wisdom - helping executives, teams and companies transform rapidly and in a way that brings their gifts fully to fruition.
